I have to say thank you to everybody for wishing me Happy 40 Bday!!!. I wanted to forget about it...but thanks to aaaaaaall my friends, family and others...I couldn't. The day came!. And I'm 40now. I thought Iwill be fine..and I was...until that day. You know...when I turned 30's I was still young ( and please don't come with ..."oh you are still young" ...you are not...you are not at 40...but that doesn't mean your are young . I still have a good spirit about it..it just feels different...OLD! hahaha) The thing is that at 30s you are "mature", you know ,...at 20s, you are not a teen anymore and then at 40s...you are not teen , you are not "mature" you actually have passed both of that and now you are "vieja!".
I feel that kids can call me "vieja pesa" and I wouldn't be able to argue!. haha...
Well my day was really nice. We celebrated our anniversary and my b-day both at the same time, Feb 26...after Kyle took the bar, YEAP HE IS DONE!!!...we will know the results in 8 to 10 weeks so DON"T KEEP ASKING HOW HE DID until then...
Auntie Melanie took my girls for and sleepover in her house...they just love their auntie! Melanie spoiled my girls to death and I like that. I like that they can have somebody they can trust and love beside mom. I remember when
I was a little girl in Chile I was spoiled by my family...see I started to talk like an old lady...hahaha.
Well, Kyle and me decided to go and eat chilean food...I was craving for a really huge and tasty 'Churrasco palta"...(its a steak sandwich with avocado, chilenos eat everything with avocado...tomate,mayo, pebre and chilean home made bread). it was good!. We didn't have to wait hours and hours like at any other restaurante in Utah. Then we tried to go to a movie but we couldn't it was full. We had a wonderful and lovely time just the 2 of us.
Then on Saturday my girls gave me a great present...it was a make over ...done by the 2 of them!!!!...They make me feel soooooooooo pretty..I couldn't believe it!!!...it was with hair do and massages...even my feet!!. I had such a blast with them. It was the best present ever!!!! I will never forget this day!!!. They are my happyfiers!!!
And that's the end of my story!
ps. sorry for not having pictures but I forgot to recharge the camera batteries...duh!

Happy B-day! I just celebrated Christian's 9th birthday. Don't feel bad about being 40, I am going to be there in about 5 years. Now that I am soooo close to that age, I don't really think it is that old. I am still young at heart and so are you!
