My Baby is Growing

Dominique is not one of those girls that love to spend her precious time in front of the camera at all.!!!...so for her to let me do a 20 to 30 minutes photo session is too much to ask BUT this was her Mother's day present for me...and I love every second of it!. She, without complaining, let me took picture after picture for like 30 minutes...It was the best present ever for me!. I always wanted to  have the time to play and have a real photo session with her but she never let me do it before or it was a pain in the behind after all the complaining, crying and tantrums. Taking pictures is a waste of time for her...for me? its everything!!!...My favorite thing is to capture every moment of their life, how are they growing etc,etc, with my camera. I was so happy today thanks to my little Dominique who gave the best present ever!

Sweet Land of Liberty

Dominique and all the 5th graders from her school, Fox Hollow, and other schools from Utah County went to perform at BYU to do a Patriotic Tribute to America. The whole show was really fun and they did awesome!. They sang some songs, performed some cool moves...the show was super fun! The cheerleaders were old ladies in their 60 and they were really good, it was so fun to watch!...Kyle, Kayla and me enjoy every minute of it. Well done Mimi!

Mom's Got the Camera Again

I got my camera again...Kayla let me took some pics...Kayla is pretty photogenic. Its always fun to play with her when I have my camera with me. This time I took maybe 30 pics and all of them were good. Hard to choose which one I like the most. I'm posting just a few of them here. I just photoshop my favorite.

Three Easter Chicks

Mary came to color eggs with Dominique and Kayla today. It was fun for them to have this activity together Kyle and me love to see them being creative and having so much fun the three of them. They always do anyways. They are , the 3 of them, such a great friends. they never fight they just want to have fun all the time. We  love Mary because she is happy and up-beat girl. She always makes us laugh with her corky  fun personality. They colored their eggs and took pictures and now we are ready for the easter egg hunt...by the way I don't think that next year they will be doing it again.....they are growing and coloring eggs is more for younger kids....oh well, at least they enjoy it this last time!

Our New Car ...a 2012...Love it!!!

We got a new car today!!!!!Hunday 2012. I love the smell of a new car!!!!...My old one was almost ready to start putting money on fixing it. I didn't want that to happened. We don't have the money for that so we decided to get a leased one so every 3 years we just change it for a new one or we can keep it if we want but we are paying the same money for a car of the year. Our insurance went down and the payments are the same just 20 more dollars, but we save on gas because it gives better mileage and we get all the oil changes for free. The only down is that its a little bit tinier than the other one and we have to be on certain amount of mileage a year...but because we just used the car to go to work and around here it wont be a problem at all!. Love the color and its so quiet to drive!...

Turning 43...not fun at all!!!!...

Actually what I mean by that is that turning 43 is not fun at all, but my day was so freaking fun!. I started celebrating on Thursday night. My friends from work took me to dinner at Olive Garden. Every month we go to celebrate somebody's b-day...February was my turn. We laughed, ate and more laughed!.

February 26 is our Anniversary too so Kyle and me went to dinner and have a nice and quite alone time together!...the 26 its my dear friend Jonathan Baughan's B-day too. I say this because on Monday night right after Family Home Evening and right after giving Jack a bath, (our house smell like wet dog!) which was the activity for FHE. Somebody knocked at our door, it was snowing so hard like it hasn't been for the whole winter...so it was kind of weird...when we opened the door it was Austin!...Jonathan's older son, with a Bday cake from Jonathan to me!!!...the cake said "Happy B-day Guachita Rica". It makes me so happy!...what a touch!...Jonathan have been always like a big sweet brother to me. I love his family. I would love to live closer to Lisa, his wife, she is such a sweet woman!. Austin visited with us for a little bit, he is such a nice boy...well, his parent are awesome so he has the example...He really made my day with such a nice surprise!..then on Tuesday, Ina made some empanadas for me so we had a nice oncecitas chilenas all together...Anita came to say hi so at the end we had a nice evening!....my family called me too and lots of good friends left messages on my phone and good wishes on facebook. Finally on the next Thursday we went to eat with some of my Chileans friends at Cafe Rio to celebrate one more time!...so that was the whole week! fun and deliciously sweet!
