Easter...A Very Bunny Day!

Our church friend's group got together to celebrate Easter at the Park. We decided to do the Easter Hunt there. We have so many kids that it was the best site to do it. It was fun walking around the trail and see the kids so excited finding eggs. The girls loved to be with her friends in their adventure!. It was different from other times for our girls. Being at the park add something especial to the day!. We had lunch and play at the park afterward. For me it was fun to be with my friends doing this for our kids. Everybody was happy!. Love Pennsylvania in the Spring!

Mom, We Don't Feel Good

Our house looking as a "Saturday Night Fever"...haha. On the last day of Grandpa's visit everybody got sick. The funny thing was that all of us were feeling terrible, fever, cough , vomiting...etc,etc,etc. but Grandpa didn't get it that we were almost "dead" and he kept talking and talking and talking to Kyle and me.
The only thing in my mind at that point was...: "at what time grandpa has to go to the airport?!"...haha. When you are feeling "dead" you don't wanna hear grandpa's conversations...they are never "light" topics...he is a little bit "intense" you know,uh? Anyways we had a good time with him and when he finally had to go... the "extra" headache when away!. The girls were OK they didn't have to listen to grandpa anyways...they had fever and they looked not so good.

Grandpa's girl!!

Kayla always has been grandpa's girl. When grandpa came to visit us in 2006, Kayla didn't leave him alone one second. She even wanted to sleep with grandpa. She was his shadow. I think these pictures show what I'm talikng about.

Dominique met her Teacher for the First Time

Dominique went to meet her Kindergarten Teacher and see her new class room and bus, for the first time before school start. She was so excited!!!. Kayla had mixed feelings she said. She was happy for Mimi to start school and be able to teach her everything she was going to learn but really sad because she was going to miss Mimi so bad each morning!. It made me sad to hear her remarks....I'm gonna be sad too, I miss Mimi even when she goes to play with her friends for an hour or so...I think its part of growing as a parent,uh?.
Kayla was really suported holding Mimi's hand, in every step of the way, like always.
Dominique loved her classroom. She said it was so fun to look around and see so many cool things that she is gonna learn during the school year.

Inside, Outside, UpsideDown...Play is a Hard Work!!!

We went to the "Play Gym Place" with the Smalleys, Melissa and her kids at Hershey Town. It was a blast for the kids. I laughed and enjoyed just to see how much fun they were having. We stayed for 2 hours and the kids were playing , playing and more playing. I think they just stoped once to have a drink or something but they were totally into it!.
"A child remains us that playtime is an essential part of our daily routine"...How fun is that!
The Play Gym Place is definitely one of our favorite places to go now. Its cheap and fun. The only down side its that is a little far away but who cares when we can have so much fun for 2 long hours, uh?
