Christmas

We had a lot of fun making a Ginger Bread House. Kyle was totally stressed out about the structure of the house. I was laughing a lot! I thought he was going to get an ulcer. The girls kept eating all the decorations and frosting, thanks heaven we made it before it was too late!.

Ice storm

Hace algunos dias atras tuvimos una tormenta de hielo. Fue muy bonito el paisaje aun cuando estabamos congelados hasta los huesos. Ver los arboles como si fueran de cristal, y el pasto como si fuera coral por el hielo acomulado,era un paisaje que valia la pena ver. Esa semana la minima fue de entre -15 y -18 grados, ahora ya regresamos a la normalidad y estamos matandonos de calor con maximas de 3 y 4 grados.

Halloween Party at School

I helped in Dominique's Halloween Party this year. I love to go to her class, the kids are funny and really cute. They are really friendly with me. They like my accent. I love Gabriel he is funny!...and my favorite is Lamond, who asked Dominique to marry him, but Mimi told him she couldn't because he wasn't a Mormon. and that she wanted to marry an ex-missionary. A good priesthood holder, a man who marry her in The Temple...poor Lamond he was clueless...he didn't even heard the "Mormon" word before or anything about "missionaries" and temples. He was so confused and lost after Mimi's answer...he just wanted to marry her that's it.
 I'm really proud of my girl she knows what she wants already...and she wasn't afraid to tell anybody her goals!...Good for you my princess!.
The Party was a success and everybody had lots and lots of fun!...and sugar high! too.

Halloween!!!

The Witch and the Cat!...Mimi and Kayka for Halloween, Kayla decided to be a Kitty, black Kitty, and Mimoncita a beautiful Witch. I had so much fun painting their faces and going around the neighborhood. I'm glad though its over..too many parties and CANDIES!!!.

We went to get some pumpkings to carve...we finally came back just with pictures , the pumpknigs were way too expensive. We had a lot of fun anyways! Oct,2007

Kayla's Kindergarten School Picture

Isn't she cute!. She is the happiest girl in the world! She really likes to learn and have fun with all her new friends. Her best friend is Shay. They were so cute together!. Her teacher is Mrs Daniels. She is such a nice lady. Kayla has been such an example for us, as a family, just in the few week she has been in school she has done amazingly great!. The other day she decided that she wanted to take, for her "show and tell", her Book of Mormon and share her testimony about it with her class. She did it. Her teacher was happy to asked some questions and Kayla was happy to answered them. She told us she felt the spirit really strong. I'm so happy for her to have this wonderful experiences as such young age!..I know she will never forget how she felt.

1st Grade School Picture

Dominique loves to be in Elementary School now. She has so many friends and she loves her new school and teacher. Dominique is so bright. She learned how to read when she was 3 1/2 and she does great in er class now. She is a friendly little girl with so much energy and ideas to light anybody's life. She is a blessing to our family and everybody who she is around. Her first grade was great!
